Dieula Previlon was Born in Gonaives, Haiti as the fourth daughter to a strong and resilient woman who barely had a third grade education, Dieula’s ministry today stems from her parents sacrificial act of love first to her family and their neighbors. They immigrated to the United States in the late 70s and she and her siblings later joined them in the late 80s.
Dieula has always felt a strong sense that the Lord was calling her to minister beyond the local Haitian community. She left the Haitian community and went off to college at Rutgers University. Soon after college, she became a middle school teacher as she simultaneously volunteered in many church ministries; from youth, to choir and prayer. She once again left the Haitian community to attend Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters in Counseling. She later joined staff at Irving Bible Church as the Mission’s Pastor and Director.
She now enjoys ministering in the church, in the local and international community especially to women in Prison, as well as in Haiti, Africa, and wherever the Lord leads her. Her passion is to inspire the body to heal, find life after chaos, purpose and hope through Jesus Christ.
The oldest of four sisters, Cassie grew up in the Baptist Church in Harleton, Texas. Outside of church activities, she is an actress. Though she has a background in theater from the University of North Texas, she has transitioned into film.
Cassie has a passion for singing, as well as for acting, and she loves to push herself to be the best at whatever she does. Her desire is to do all that she can with the gifts that God has given her. She brings this passion to her leadership of the praise team at Redeemer as she strives to bring glory to God through worshiping Him with music.
She also enjoys rock climbing and watching Sponge Bob SquarePants.

Born in Sherman, Texas, Nick grew up in a Non-Denominational Church, planted by his father. Growing up surrounded by a family active in ministry, he knew that he was called to ministry but did not know what tools he needed to be effective. God made provision for Nick to attend Dallas Christian College where he was able to witness the church in action. He pursued a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Biblical Studies and in May of 2016, Nick graduated with honors while also receiving the Biblical Scholar Award. He is a current student of Dallas Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Theology degree.
Nick has a heart for street evangelism, apologetics and student ministry. He believes that there is nothing more exciting than witnessing the love and action of Christ impact and dramatically change the lives of young people. He brings a lot of enthusiasm, dedication and excitement to youth ministry. In his free time, Nick enjoys working out, playing basketball, fishing and reading Christian theology.
Nick has been married to his lovely wife, Carlisa, since March of 2015. Carlisa recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with an MBA in Human Resources and is currently a Branch Manager for a local commercial bank. They have one son, Nicholas Isaiah Castle and currently live in Wilmer, TX.
