“God Bless This Mess”
In our current sermon series we are going through the book of 1 Corinthians.
Paul’s letter to the church at Corinth reveals that it was a mess: division, sexual sin, leadership factions, etc. But God was present and at work in the midst of the mess. (Because of the Corinthian’s mess, we have two books from Paul that have blessed Christians ever since! –We can learn a lot from his letters to them.)
The church today can be a mess, too. But God is bigger than the mess. He is still present and can work through the messes in our lives for His glory.
