Mark Mohrweis
Senior Pastor
A native of Seattle, Washington, Mark grew up in The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) at First Covenant Church. He is a proud graduate of the University of Washington and North Park Seminary (the ECC’s seminary). He did his internship at Trinity ECC on the south side of Chicago.
Pastor Mark has a heart for the Bible, evangelism, and racial reconciliation. Things that are exciting to him are: helping others develop spiritual gifts and dreaming up creative ideas for ministry. He brings a sense of humor to the pulpit and to most of what he does. On his off time, you may find Mark training for a marathon, reading at a coffee shop, watching Mad Men, or vacationing in Seattle.
Mark is married to the love of his life, Jessica, who is currently studying to become a licensed professional counselor. They have three children, Max, Ellis, and Cora and live in Carrollton.

Tre’ Crume
Associate Pastor of Youth and Discipleship
Tre’ was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas within the Baptist Church. He is a former graduate and collegiate football player of the University of North Alabama. Tre’ then attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he obtained his Masters in Theology. His internship consisted of utilizing sports and recreation as a platform to share the Gospel.
It is life giving for Tre’ to disciple young men, build relationships with all people, and reflect the Kingdom of God on Earth through diversity. Tre’ brings energy, teamwork, and creativity to Redeemer. Tre’ is a Baltimore Ravens fan and is passionate about sharing the Gospel by any means necessary. On his day off Tre’ enjoys writing, reading, and spending time with his bride.
In April, 2020 Tre’ married his best friend, Megan, who is a second grade teacher. They both are discovering what it means to have a Kingdom Marriage and how to break generational strongholds.

Michael Nguyen – Music Director
Michael was born in the DFW area and moved to California in his teens. Upon finishing his degree, he moved back to Texas (Rio Grande Valley) to pursue further education. After grad school, Michael moved to San Antonio to work in the marketing field and pursue one of his dreams of opening a martial arts school. He now resides in the Richardson area with his wife and college sweetheart, Valerie.
