Wednesday, August 20
7:00-8:30 a.m. in the sanctuary
Representatives from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) from Dallas will be at Redeemer to help educate us on the prevalence of mental illness in our church, families and society.
NAMI State Organizations and local NAMI Affiliates offer an array of free education and support programs for individuals, family members, providers and the general public. These include Family-to-Family, Peer-to-Peer, NAMI Support Group, In Our Own Voice, and more. They give information, statistics, how to get help and how to help others.
We are offering this one-time class to see what the interest level is before offering more sessions.
It is open to both Redeemer members, and the anyone from the community.
Contact Pastor Dieula at [email protected] for details.
