Praying for those who have lost loved ones in combat or military service
- For those mourning and hurting from the loss of a loved one
- For the difficult adjustments military families have to make
- For emotional, financial, and practical support for children who have lost a parent and adults who have lost a spouse
Pray for those who have been wounded in military service
- For physical healing and for emotional strength in dealing with a difficult wound
- For adjustment to a new lifestyle, for future opportunities to open up, for employment and provision
- For healing of emotional wounds like post traumatic stress disorder, lingering guilt, or difficulty re-entering society after service
Pray for those in active service in the military
- For them to perform their duties faithfully and honorably
- That their service will help bring about peace and justice
- For their protection and safety

Redeemer’s OUTreach Ministry (evangelism + missions) is organizing a “Vision Trip” to visit our new partner in missions, Hosean International Ministries (HIM).
Why: For Redeemer members to connect with HIM and get a feel for the country of Haiti, the HIM ministry, and how we can best serve moving forward.
Where: Pignon, Haiti – 85 miles north of Port-Au-Prince
When: October 12-17, 2018

Men of Redeemer,
We have changed the format for our meeting on the first Saturdays of the month.
We will meet in the Redeemer parking lot from 8:00am to 9:00am
We will practice COVID social precautions (wear masks and keep 2 meters apart).
Please bring your lawn chair, coffee, and breakfast (if you like).
We will gather and lift up each other and our churches in prayer.

Smack Him! Fundraiser for The Journey
Which pastor gets the pie in the face? Donate to choose! Give in person or online to Redeemer Covenant Church designated to “The Journey” + the name of the pastor you want to get “smacked!”
• Write checks to Redeemer Covenant Church. On the memo line write: The Journey for Pastor (Mark or Tre’).
• Give online – choose the Youth missions/CREW summer trip category and for the note, write “The Journey for Pastor (Mark or Tre’)” https://redeemerecc.org/online-giving/
• Put your donation in an envelope marked “The Journey for Pastor (Tre’ or Mark)” and put it in the giving box in the church lobby.
The pastor who makes the most money for the fundraiser will get a pie in the face after the worship service on May 29th!

Women’s Potluck Dinner and Ornament Exchange
Monday, December 12 at 6:30 PM.
All Redeemer women are invited, and you are welcome to bring a friend!
Bring a dish to share for dinner in Fellowship Hall.
Also bring a wrapped Christmas ornament for a White Elephant gift exchange game.
