Some of the church leaders will host a dessert for new members so that we can get to know each other.
Redeemer’s parking lot will be transformed with decorated vehicles, folks in costumes, free treats, and lots of fun. This is a wonderful opportunity to go beyond the church walls and meet and greet our neighbors while also providing a safe place for the children in our community to go trick-or-treating.
Invite your neighbors and friends!
Look for volunteer signups in the church lobby:
- Volunteer to decorate your vehicle’s trunk, fill it with treats, and hand out candy!
- Help with other activities
Donations needed:
- Bags of candy – drop off in the red bin in the foyer
- Baked goodies for the cake walk – deliver by 6:00 pm on the 31st
Set-up on the 31st starts at 4:30 pm

We are grateful for the fathers, father figures, and influential men in our lives. As well as thanking God for them, let’s also remember to pray for them:
Men to pray for:
- Fathers
- Sons
- Mentors/teachers
- Coworkers
- Neighbors
- Boys
- Husbands
- Grandfathers
- Community leaders
- Church leaders
Things to pray for:
- Relationship with God
- Conviction to do the right thing
- Find their worth in God (not jobs)
- Be a witness
- Integrity in the marketplace
- Love and bless their family members
- Be honored and respected

- Flee from greed and sexual temptation
- Be encouraged and filled with hope
This is what the LORD says: “Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD, Who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the LORD.
