Redeemer’s Book Club is meeting via Zoom.
Purpose: to build friendships and understanding as we learn from each other by discussing one book a month. We read a wide variety of books (Christian, secular, fiction, non-fiction) — noting how our faith and various experiences impact our understanding and perspectives. This year we are focusing on books about, or written by, people of various cultures, countries, or minority groups.
Time: We usually meet via Zoom on the third Sunday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Upcoming Dates & Books:
- 5/16/21 – The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down: A Hmong Child, Her American Doctors, and the Collision of Two Cultures by Anne Fadiman – non-fiction
- 6/27/21 – An American Marriage, a novel by Tayari Jones
